Step 1 — Purchase Etiqa Insurance
Before submitting your renewal application, you must have a valid Etiqa Takaful insurance policy. For further information visit myumtakafulplan.com, contact etiqaagency.um@gmail.com, or join our insurance support group.
Step 2 — Apply Online for Visa Renewal
Submit your application through the online form below. Note: the form is only open on working days.

Any error causes a delay in visa renewal — be careful when uploading your documents.
1. Passport copy — all pages including blank pages (in colour)


2. Academic Result / Progress Report

3. Attendance Report

4. Confirmation Letter from Faculty
The letter must state your current student status and be signed by the Dean, Deputy Dean, or Assistant Registrar only. It must be addressed to:
Check the expected graduation date on this document before submitting. If there are any discrepancies, contact your faculty for a corrected document.
5. Etiqa Insurance Cover Note
Upload the cover note — do not send the official receipt from Etiqa. Only the cover note is accepted.

7. Proof of Payment — UM Processing Fee (RM 50)
